Mix one part sugar with four parts water, boiling until the sugar dissolves completely. 

Let the solution cool to room temperature before filling your hummingbird feeders. 

Avoid using honey, artificial sweeteners, or food coloring in the mixture. 

Change the feeder's sugar water every 3-5 days, more often in hot weather, to keep it fresh. 

Clean feeders with warm water and a brush, avoiding soap, to prevent harmful residue. 

Place feeders near bright flowers to attract hummingbirds more effectively.
